Thanks for this! Also the person depicted as a farmer saying that the rye is used to make bread/flour, whiskey, beer and pasta…. no, wheat flour is used to make pasta — typically durum wheat. Also, I’m a supermarket dietitian — we sell artisan baked local breads. Making people think they need to avoid supermarkets is wrong. Lastly, telling people to buy bread made with local flours…many areas of the country don’t really grow wheat flour that can be used to make breads
